Affordable Subdivision

By combining the principles of affordable property subdivision with the timeless appeal of traditional New Zealand construction, we are creating housing opportunities that are both accessible and culturally enriching. These homes not only provide affordable shelter but also foster a sense of community; and accommodate more families in their new homes in the high-density areas of Auckland.

Design Strategy

Affordability of the final product for the first home buyers and low budget families by incorporating common construction methods and reducing the time of the construction process. This could be achieved to some points ,by building the building envelope in the yard during the time that Resource Consent application is in progress.

Despite the focus on affordability, better internal finishes of its kind and other features have been achieved in this project.
